Jessie Paano is the developer behind Autopila, an automated patient care and communication system built specifically for private clinics in the Philippines. He was recognized as Best in Computer and System Servicing (2019) and has since worked with international clients across Amazon FBA, video editing, and currently in AI-driven automation systems.
With a strong background in technology and a problem-solving mindset, Jessie focuses on building practical, efficient solutions that simplify complex systems. For over a year, he has been dedicated to developing Autopila to help clinics operate more smoothly, reduce manual workload, and improve patient experience.

The idea for Autopila came from real, firsthand experience. Like many patients in the Philippines, Jessie experienced long waiting times, unclear queues, and overcrowded clinics — often arriving early only to be seen much later in the day.
These situations don’t just frustrate patients; they also put pressure on doctors and clinic staff who are already managing a high volume of patients daily. In many clinics, manual systems and limited communication create confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress for everyone involved.
Recognizing that these challenges are deeply rooted in manual processes and repetitive communication, Jessie saw an opportunity to solve this through automation. Since most patients already use Messenger for mobile communication, Autopila was designed to automate responses, provide real-time queue updates, and handle follow-ups without adding extra workload to clinic staff.
By improving communication and reducing repetitive tasks, Autopila helps clinics become more organized, efficient, and patient-centered — creating a smoother experience for both healthcare providers and the people they serve .
