What if a patient didn’t know how to use Messenger?

Answer: The system supports a live display of the “Now Serving” number on a TV or monitor. Additionally, senior citizens without Messenger can be prioritized to avoid long waits.

How does the priority number work? Is it based on seats?

Answer: Priority numbers are assigned based on each patient’s name—not where they sit. They’re free to wait anywhere and no one can cut ahead unless permitted by the staff.

What if the doctor or staff needs to take a short break?

Answer: You or the staff can simply set the current “Serving” patient back to “Waiting.” This will notify all waiting patients on Messenger that the doctor is temporarily unavailable—perfect for quick breaks or meals.

Can patients access or see the full list of patient names in the system?

Answer: No. Patients cannot view or access the list of other patients. Only authorized doctors and clinic staff have permission to view, manage, and edit the patient list. This ensures privacy and confidentiality for everyone using the system.

Will this replace our existing system?
